These are David Fierstien's "Blacklite Reflective" decals. This is BLACK printed on Scotchlite REFLECTIVE black, so it's subdued in it's normal state, but then hit it with a flash or light and the design lights up!
Each decal comes with A FREE 4" X 1.25" DECAL, So you get 2 decals. The size you choose and the FREE 4" x 1.25" helmet size decal. These are 100% reflective blackout decals using the best 3M REFLECTIVE.
Each bumper sticker OR MAGNET is generally 8.6" x 3". Oval decals are generally 5" x 3" and there are some round ones and rectangular ones as well. Check each listing for exact dimensions as some may be different.
